Icelandic quartet Amiina is a post-rock noise band. They use unusual instrument combinations, such as the Celtic harp, synth and glockenspiel. Since 2004, Amiina has been making music that resembles the sounds of Sigur Rós and Múm. Most often light and dainty, but at times adding foggy and and dense elements, Amiina has a clear and distinguishable sound. Amiina's sense of curiosity, playfulness and desire for exploration are contagious when tuned into their unique noise approach.
