"Fields are an Anglo-Icelandic electronic/indie band formed in London.

The band formed in 2006 starting with Nick Peill who first sketched out the songs that would end up being the basis of Fields. With the full line up comprising of Icelandic vocalist/keyboard player Þórunn Antonía, drummer Henry Spenner, bassist Matty Derham and lead guitarist Jamie Putnam.

They embrace small record label ideals and release more vinyl records than CD singles. Most of these are now hard to find the originals of, but the majority of the tracks are on iTunes."
