I haven't met many Belgian-Australians, but I'm assuming they're all pretty much like Wouter De Backer, aka Gotye. You know, talented singer/songwriter multi-instrumentalists whose voices fall somewhere between Sting ("Somebody That I Used To Know") and Peter Gabriel ("Eyes Wide Open").
