So the story goes something like this: Justin Vernon of Bon Iver was in a band called DeYarmond Edison, which broke up and, in part, caused Vernon to flee to the solitary comforts of a cabin in the woods, where Bon Iver was born. But Vernon and his old friends from DeYarmond Edison remained tight and said friends started up their own band and called it Megafaun.
