Patrick Park began making music in Colorado, following his father's passion and talent for blues and folk and his mother's poetry. His folk indie rock has both a strong folk and a strong indie pop nature. If you take Joshua James, and add some faster indie pop to it, you might get an idea of Patrick Park's sound. Since his first release in 2000, a demo called The Basement Tapes, Park has put out various other full-length albums. The first of these albums, Loneliness Knows My Name of 2003 was produced by Dave Trumfio of Wilco and Earlimart. |
