"The blank tapes was dreamed up by Matt Adams a long long time ago. Originally from Southern California (OC/LA), The Blank Tapes have been based out of the Bay Area since 2004. They have released numerous albums, including "Country Western Honky Tonk Saloon Blues" (2003), "Landfair" (2005), "Daydreams" (2007) and "Friends & Favorites" (2008). Live, Adams has a huge collective of musicians/singer/songwriters that play in The Blank Tapes including: Josh Bruner (Magic Leaves), Sean Olmstead (fpodbpod), Indianna Hale, Steve Winchell (An Unconscious Collective), Aslan Rife (honey.moon.tree.), Matt McCluer (The Sweet Sweet Things), Kacey Johansing, Sleepy Todd, DA Humphrey (Flying Saucers), Joel WIlliams (A Quarter After), Will Halsey (Ash Reiter), Spencer Grossman and Alan Siegel (Dirdy Birdy)."
